In 2024, I shot The Big Hoof charity event at a Brewery in East London. The brief was to capture the atmosphere and the people in a natural, relaxed way.

The food table was a real highlight, doubling as both catering and decoration. I treated it as a key feature in the space, focusing on the textures and details as part of the overall scene.

As the venue was quite dark, I used on-camera flash with my DSLR to bring out clarity while still keeping the mood of the space. It gave the images a strong, direct feel that worked well for the setting.

I also spent time photographing guests throughout the night, focusing on candid moments and interactions. The final images were designed to feel easy, authentic, and shareable, reflecting the energy of the event as it unfolded.
